Terms
of Use.
These terms apply when you browse Sci-Fi Battleforge, use its public systems demo or submit information through its forms.
Last updated: 25 August 2026
About the project
Sci-Fi Battleforge is an original project in development by The Orc’s Head – Art & Adventure Supplies. The public console is an illustrative demo, not a finished commercial release. Features, compatibility, dates, factions and pricing may change through testing.
Using the website
You may use the website and demo for personal evaluation, hobby discussion and ordinary tabletop play. You must not:
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive or malicious content;
- use automated systems to harvest information or spam the forms;
- misrepresent yourself as connected with The Orc’s Head or Sci-Fi Battleforge.
Demo results
Damage results, saved scans and downloadable reports are fictional game aids. They are not guaranteed to be compatible with a particular rulebook, tournament or publisher. You remain responsible for agreeing table rules with the other players.
Your submissions
You keep ownership of original feedback you submit. You give The Orc’s Head permission to read, summarise and use that feedback to improve Sci-Fi Battleforge, without an obligation to adopt it or pay compensation. Do not submit confidential material or content you do not have permission to share.
Intellectual property
The Sci-Fi Battleforge name, identity, interface, original factions, artwork and written material are owned by or licensed to The Orc’s Head unless stated otherwise. You may not commercially reproduce, sell or present them as your own without written permission.
Independent status
Sci-Fi Battleforge is independent and system-neutral. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Games Workshop or any other tabletop publisher. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Availability and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis during development. We may alter, suspend or remove features. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, The Orc’s Head is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on an unfinished demo, loss of a temporary session save, or incompatibility with third-party rules.
Links to other sites
Links to The Orc’s Head or other websites are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you leave Sci-Fi Battleforge.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated as the project develops. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts applicable under UK consumer law.
